On 9 August 2021, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) has issued a Collective Investment Scheme Licence to the Scheme, in terms of article 6 of the Investment Services Act(Cap. 370 of the Laws of Malta) (“ISA”), as a Professional Investors Fund targeting Qualifying Investors.
